NEW CONSULAR SERVICES: APPOINTMENT DATES FOR OTHER CONSULAR MATTERS

With effect from 1st November 2018, the Embassy will treat the following "other consular" matters ONLY every Tuesday & Wednesday:

1. PASSPORT LOSSES (The Embassy cannot treat any lost passport case older than 6 months)
2. CHANGE OF PERSONAL DATA ON PASSPORT. The following documents are required:
    - Photocopy of the data page/number of the lost passport
    - Police loss report
    - Hand-written/typed application for onward transmission to Abuja for approval
3. CHANGE OF PERSONAL DATA ON THE PASSPORT DUE TO MARRIAGE - (see link) 
4. AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS
5. DECLARATION OF AGE

EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE (ETC) 
No prior appointment is requiered. Please come Monday-Thursday. 
Please present:
- Proof of citizenship of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,
- A flight reservation and two passport-sized pictures
